Refund, Returns & Cancellations

Class Cancelations & Refunds:

Any class needing to be cancelled by player or participants, must be done 12 hours prior to class for a full refund to be issued.

All class packages, memberships & merchandise sales are final. Credits for unused classes can be issued to participants if unable to participate or attend due to any unforeseen circumstance at the discretion of the 821 Team.

Any classes cancelled due to weather, by the 821 Team, will be issued a refund of credit or the original source of payment.

Event Refund & Cancelation Policy: 
 

All Event sales are final. Tickets can be transferable if notified at least 24 hours prior to event.

Any event that is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delay or cancelation, will result in an issue of credit to attendees, allowed to be used for any 821 class, event or store merchandise.
