Goal and Intention of this Workshop: How to use breathing techniques and movement therapy to help improve your spine mobility, hip mobility and lower leg strength to allow on & off court fluididty.
About the Coach:
Edwin Santiago is the Founder of MVMNTbyES. He is a Professional Movement Coach: CSCS, CPT, CES, PES that has helped both amatuer and professional athletes with injury prevention and recovery, improvment in full body mobility and is focused on helping the 821 Tennis team to help intrdouce Movement Theraphy into their overall health and fitness routine.
