About the event

In this workshop, you'll delve into the world of plyometrics and agility for tennis players (and open to all active individuals looking to join). Classes will include exercises designed to enhance your speed, power, and reaction time. You'll learn how to incorporate plyometric into your training routine, to improve your ability, helping to aid with movements requiring rapid change in direction.

The workshop will cover the importance of agility in preventing injuries and improving performance. Participants will be guided through a series of drills and exercises aimed at promoting better footwork, balance, and coordination. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, this class will provide valuable insights into how plyometrics and agility can improve your on & off court performance.

All 821 Mind + Body workshops are held in Ironside District, off court.
