821 Serve Workshop- Intermediate/Advanced Session

This 821 Serve workshop is designed to introduce the basics for serves and improve current players serving technique, working on power, accuracy, and consistency.The will focus will be on the foundation of a serve, covering the mechanics of both first and second serves and suitable for all levels. Drills will include ball toss & control, body positioning and overall how to generate power and speed
