821 Serve Workshop- Beginner's Session

This 821 Serve workshop is designed to introduce the basics for serves and improve players serving technique, while working on power, accuracy, and consistency.

The will focus will be on the foundation of a serve, covering the mechanics of both first and second serves that are suitable for all levels. Drills will include ball toss & control, body positioning and overall how to generate power and speed.

Workshop Focus Areas:

• Serve mechanics (stance, grip, motion)
• First serve vs. Second serve clarity and tactics
• Ball toss accuracy and control
• Power generation through body rotation and leg drive
• Techniques for improving consistency and accuracy
• Serve drills for repetition and improvement
