Join us on Saturday July 27th, for a day of holistic well-being through sport, wellness and community at Miami Ironside.

9:45AM -10:00AM: Breath Work/Intention Setting

10:00AM - 11:30AM: Beyond the Game, Health & Wellness for "Everyday Athletes"

11:30AM -12:30PM: Brunch + Mingle

1:00PM - 2:30PM: Wellness Social

Details:

Beginning at 9:00 AM, join us for a 1-hour Power & Energy studio workout, ending with a 15 minute breath work session, designed to energize the mind & body to center you for the day ahead filled with amazing food, panel discussions and wellness goodies with the Collective

 

Around 10:00 AM, we will transition to a panel discussion and round table with 4 sport & wellness experts discussing the intersection, best practices and practical guidance and advice within wellness in sports including previous pro-athletes, performance coaches, psychologists and nutritionist experts , helping to share their expereince and expertise on how we can apply these principles to our everyday routines.

The roundtable discussion will be followed by brunch, giving all attendees’s a chance to connect with our panelists, followed by a Wellness Social from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, including cold plunges, refreshing mocktails, and a few bonus wellness goodies in store for the community.

 

This is an event we have hand crafted and curated for active players of all levels and experience, looking to become a better version of yourself through sport and wellness.

What is the “Athlete Wellness Collective?”

We have been brewing something incredible, and it’s time to share!

Many people in our community and beyond are what we love to consider “Everyday Athletes”….BUT, What do we define to be an “Everyday Athlete?”

 

An “Everyday Athlete” is someone who integrates physical activity and a healthy lifestyle into their daily routine, regardless of their level of fitness or competitive aspirations. These individuals prioritize regular exercise, proper nutrition, and overall well-being as part of their everyday lives. They may participate in activities such as running, cycling, yoga, strength training, or any other physical pursuits, but of most importantly TENNIS, that keeps them active and healthy. The key factors that make these individuals “Everyday Athletes” are their commitment to maintaining an active lifestyle and striving for personal wellness goals, no matter what activity they choose.

 

So we thought to ourselves, as we have been building and developing out the Mind + Body (wellness) component of 821 Tennis, how do we help our “Everyday Athletes” thrive beyond the court. Because the truth is tennis is simply a conduit for us. Tennis is a conduit in helping you becoming healthier, stronger, and frankly a better version of yourself, both on and off the court.

So, we have partnered with a few extraordinary individuals in the Sport & Wellness industry to share with you knowledge, resources and expertise to create “The Athlete Wellness Collective!” A sport and wellness collab/event for the “Everyday Athlete.”

Early Bird pricing goes live on July 6th at 3:00 PM and ends on Friday July 12th at 11:59pm. General Registration will begin on July 13th at midnight and end on Friday July 26th.

  • Q: What time should I arrive for the Movement & Power session? 

    • A: Please arrive by 8:45 AM to check in and warm up for the 9 AM workout.

  • Q: What should I wear for the Movement & Power session? 

    • A: Wear comfortable workout attire that allows for a full range of motion. Please bring a change of clothing and a towel for the cold plunge experience at the end of the event.

  • Q: Do I need to bring any equipment for the Movement & Power session? 

    • A: No equipment is necessary. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a towel.

  • Q: Can I attend only the panel discussion or the Wellness Social? 

    • A: Yes, you are welcome to attend any part of the event that interests you. However, we encourage you to join us for the entire day to fully benefit from all the activities and networking opportunities.

  • Q: Will there be food and beverages provided? 

    • A: Yes, brunch will be served following the panel discussion. Refreshing mocktails and wellness goodies will be available during the Wellness Social.

  • Q: Is there a cost to attend the event?
